We are proud of Chef Joe Elliott and his extraordinary new menu, featuring fare influenced by local midwest farm-to-table cuisine. Our chacuterie boards have selections right from Salume Beddu, a premier St. Louis-based artisan company specializing in fine cured meats. Our cheeses are sourced directly from farmsteads in Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa. Some highlights of the new menu (and a few of Chef Joe's favorites) include an onion soup gratinee followed by a unique wild boar bolognese.
